Product Details
KLOW is a four-peptide research blend that combines GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV in a single lyophilized vial. It extends the popular three-peptide GLOW blend (GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500) by adding KPV — a tripeptide that introduces a distinct anti-inflammatory signaling dimension.
What’s in the blend, and why four
Each component targets a different but complementary pathway in tissue-repair research:
- GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide) — studied for collagen and matrix synthesis, angiogenesis, and broad gene-expression modulation.
- BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound, a gastric pentadecapeptide) — studied for cytoprotection and angiogenic / nitric-oxide signaling.
- TB-500 (a Thymosin Beta-4 fragment) — studied for actin regulation and cell migration.
- KPV (Lys-Pro-Val, the C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH) — studied for anti-inflammatory activity via NF-κB modulation and downregulation of pro-inflammatory cytokines, reportedly independent of melanocortin receptors.
The rationale for combining them is mechanistic complementarity: three regenerative/vascular peptides plus one anti-inflammatory peptide, studied together as a model of multi-pathway tissue repair.
KLOW vs GLOW
KLOW is GLOW plus KPV. The [GLOW »] blend pairs GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 for a skin-and-recovery focus; KLOW adds KPV’s inflammation-modulating dimension, making it a four-part model for research where anti-inflammatory signaling is also of interest.
Research context
This is a research-grade blend supplied for in-vitro and laboratory study only. All four components are investigational and not FDA-approved. Laboratory handling
Copper complexes are light-sensitive. Store lyophilized material cold and protected from light (long-term at −20 °C). After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8 °C, protect from light, avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles, and use within your protocol window. Confirm identity and purity against the batch COA before use.
Research FAQ
What is KLOW? A four-peptide research blend — GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV — studied for complementary tissue-repair and anti-inflammatory pathways.
How is KLOW different from GLOW? KLOW is the GLOW blend (GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500) with KPV added for an anti-inflammatory dimension.
What does KPV add? KPV (Lys-Pro-Val), an α-MSH-derived tripeptide, is studied for anti-inflammatory signaling via NF-κB modulation.
